Registration Guidelines.

INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS

USD $50 registration fees per international team. Fixed rate will be used for online payment (1USD = Rs.62) i.e. Rs. 3100
One passport sized photograph of each team member

LOCAL PARTICIPANTS

Rs. 1000 registration fees per team.
Submit one passport sized photograph of each team member (softcopy).
In case an institutions would like to register additional teams they will be placed on a waiting list and accommodated subject to availability of space. Teams will only be placed on the waiting list if they have paid their registration fee. Incase a Team on the waiting list cannot be accommodated their registration fee shall be reimbursed.
Accomodation will be provided on a first-come-first-serve basis and is subject to availability of space. Accommodation fee is Rs.700/- per person (for whole event) and will be charged separate from the registration fee. Teams will be provided accommodation for 3 night i.e. 21st - 23rd March.

There are two options for payment. Online & Bank Draft. The online payment is a simple four-step process using any major Visa or Mastercard. The steps for online payment are as follows:

a. Click on the Online Payment Button below to go to the Online Payment page.

b. Select " Corporate Clients (Executive Programmes, Conferences & Workshops fee)" and click on "Proceed to next step".

c. In the "Conference" field please write "CodinGuru"

d. Enter the relevant information and the amount in Rupee i.e 1000/- for local teams and 3100/- for international teams.

e. Click on "Proceed to next step" and fill in the rest of the form.

The other option is paying Rs 1000/- for local teams or $50 for International teams n the form of Bank Draft (excluding bank charges) in favor of Lahore University of Management Sciences & payable in any Pakistan based bank
